Open Quote Since being employed at Imagine School at Mountain View, I have enjoyed the school's climate as well as all staff's strive for excellence! My children are excited to go to school each day and are greeted with love and warmth from the Principal and on throughout my colleagues as well as from their teachers. I am grateful to have found such a dedicated and motivated establishment where my children and I can achieve excellence and attain the motivation to excel in education, which is found here at Imagine Schools at Mountain View. Open Quote Our daughter has been in the school since Kindergarten (going into 4th) since the school opened. I have loved the hands on with students and parents. All the teachers she has had have worked with us to keep her on track. It is academically a tough school, which our daughter has needed. Close Quote

Open Quote I have had a negative experience with this particular school. The teachers lack behavior management skills thus the students tend to be off task more than what is expected. The school seems to push the students through to the next grade level even when the student failed academically all year long. the teachers lack personality and some struggle to spell correctly. About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
