The teaching staff at this school is capable and often dedicated. Unfortunately, the administration undermines that foundation by tolerating and reinforcing social exclusion and relational bullying.

There is no clear framework for handling peer conflict or emotional harm. When valid concerns are raised, they are met with deflection, inaction, or a narrative that blames the affected student. Rather than fostering inclusion, the school validates and promotes exclusionary behavior. This approach empowers cliques and silences those seeking help.

Despite repeated outreach, including concrete suggestions for supporting student wellbeing, administrators failed to implement even basic safeguards. Their selective responses—and silence in moments when clarity and leadership were most needed—creates an environment where exclusion is normalized and unaddressed.

This is not a safe or supportive setting for families who expect accountability, emotional oversight, or a values-based approach to conflict. Until the school takes responsibility for the social climate it permits, the damage will continue—quietly, and with institutional backing.
