As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote The teachers at Carrolltowne go above and beyond the call of duty. They constantly strive to create new and exciting ways to connect with the students. It is visible evident that they deeply care about each and every student and understand that they have much more than a "regular job". Our two children love to attend school and absolutely love their teachers. We could not ask for a better school that is so supportive to the children and the parents. If you live in the area you would be wasting your money by sending your child to a private school because none have the resources to provide this level of quality education. Close Quote

Open Quote I give this school no stars. My children unfortunately attend school here. The teachers are below average and do not communicate with parents. I am seeking an outside source to tutor my 6 yr old/ first grader because he was not taught the basic skills to survive in class. He is below level in every aspect, math, English, reading, comprehension skills, etc...It is so bad that he will need over 136 hours of tutoring to get him back to where he should be. Costing over $7,000. All the skills he will be taught at the tutoring center, should have been second nature to him. These skills should have been taught in school, by his teachers. Now I have to take time and money I don't have, to compensate for the schools inadequacies.
This school needs to be restructured from the ground level up. This school does not meet the students needs, whether it be learning, or safety. The administration is to busy covering their own butts to be concerned about our children. The principal is dishonest, deceitful, unethical and just downright should not be aloud around children in any way, shape, or form. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
