Open Quote I have family a family member at this school and all these good reviews are fake. First of all yeah all your kids are exceeding because they drop them from whatever grade there in to probably the lowest possibly example from 10th grade to 3rd grade level of education. Well if I was in 10th grade and you gave me 3rd grade level I would be super happy cause next year you passed me to 11th grade with no effort. The real problem is when they go into college because college is not a joke like this school they will be forced to do college stuff. The kids that go to this school will suffer in the future because the education there giving is insufficient. The reason parents dont put negative stuff is there scared of retaliation from this school. Another item teachers dont get paid here they all leave because there under paid. Also if you are a teacher and have a child this school wants to force you to put it in this school even if they are exceeding in another school. They have always a shortage in teachers. The programs that they put in school like electives are always canceled. Put your kids at your own risk and you will regret it in the future. They only care that you sign the check at the end. Please dont consider the good reviews there are all fake. Close Quote

Open Quote The only reason Saint Cloud Prep gets one star is because zero stars isn't an option. WHAT AN INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. The school claims it's based on teaching leadership to our children but they can't teach what they don't know. They don't have the same resources as the county schools (no library, no playground, no cafeteria, no real music program, NO COMPUTER PROGRAM, etc.). They claim their special approach to teaching and learning are worth sacrificing these opportunities but they fall so far short of their promises it's shocking. They have a very narrow world view and extremely closed minds. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
