Open Quote We arrived at Imagine in 2009- and all was well with the world. But in 2012 there was a change at the top and a beloved principal moved on to open another school. Since then, enrollment has dropped, teachers have come and gone and things seem at an all time low. This year they no longer have 7 or 8 graders- and I do not think the school grade was worthy of posting anywhere. Hate that this has happened here. There are really great teachers- but the folks at the top need some training. Close Quote

Open Quote My children and been at ISER since it opened in 2008. During that time we have expereinced a true family atmosphere like none we have ever known. The teachers and staff know my children and understand their very different needs. Recently, we have had changes at ISER but those changes have been very positive. The school grounds are in better shape, a new playground was built, murals were painted on the walls and the library is functioning! We are very excited about the improvement and can not wait to see what next school year holds.

Happy at Imagine! Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
