As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote I have been VERY impressed with Kendallvue! The Teachers, Principal and staff always go above and beyond with everything they do! Everyone is so friendly and caring, and they care so much about each and every child. My son has a severe food allergy and we were very concerned about how that would be handled at any school. This did play a role in which school we chose for our son. Kendallvue takes his allergy very seriously, yet they don't make him feel different or isolated while still protecting him. We toured several schools in our area and walked out of Kendallvue after the tour and parent meeting saying "this is it!" They combine all the great things we were looking for academically and provide an overall feeling of warmth, compassion, caring and community. They make learning fun and I am always impressed with the new and innovative ways they use hands on experiences to teach the children. My son has fun at school and is learning so much! The classrooms are a nice size giving the children space to move around, and I love the flexible seating options offered in most classrooms. The open space around the school is amazing with 2 large playgrounds, a great pre-school playground, and large grassy areas to play on. My son loves Kendallvue and has had the best experiences! Open Quote I loved this school prior to attending just from the playground and open space. Then, my preschooler and Kindergartner started at Kendallvue and I am impressed over and over by the quality of staff and teachers they have. We have some special needs in our family as well, and Kendallvue goes ABOVE & BEYOND to meet those needs, including the Principal. You never hear or see a mad teacher - everyone works together and seems to truly love being there! I cannot say enough how lucky my family is to have found Kendallvue. Our boys prance into school each day, and bounce out at the end of the day with love in their hearts, and a day full of fun learning. Close Quote

Open Quote I've been associated with this school since 1995 when my three children went there and on. Now my grand children go there. The teachers are wonderful and very open mined to every student. They help in any way possible and communicate with the parents very effectively. The Principle and Assistant Principle are involved in every aspect of the school. The clubs are wonderful for the students. In over the 22 years that I've been associated with this school, yes we have had new teachers and principles, but they always have come back with very strong new and adventures teachers and principles that are highly qualified. Some of these teachers have been there the whole time, I've also seen many retirements from this school. It is a great elementary school for any child. If they have a learning disability, it is a wonderful school for getting them the extra help the student needs. The special education teachers are very effective with the students. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
