As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote University High is definitely one of the best schools in my area completely dedicated to us learning for a few reasons.

1)I can't say there's one teacher I thoroughly dislike and each class has something amazing to offer me.

2) Its program goes really well along with one another, (even though it may sound tough such has Physics in 9th grade).

3) Teachers STRIVE to get better, so they get feedback from us students at the end of the year and it helps them get a better idea how they're teaching so next year would be even better and the next year better and etc. Constant improvement.
Now with a new school, we're set. Perfect facilities and a school that looks like a spaceship?? I didn't know it could be any better!

At first, this school may seem challenging and yes, you do have to actually work to the best of your ability. It's even it a bit overwhelming to the students sometimes.
But it's not all about how smart you are, it's the dedication and effort you put into your work. And no matter the grade, remember, it's not an ordinary high school. Anyone who can put up with UHS for 4 years are set for college, and not only because there's college classes you can take your junior year.

I love this school and I can honestly say there is no other school in the world I'd rather be in. Close Quote

About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
