Open Quote I am currently a student at San Tan Elementary. From what I have seen, our teachers are more than dedicated to giving us an education. Even though every teacher here dedicates their time to giving us an education, one teacher who I feel is the one who does it the most is our seventh grade Language Arts teacher. With everything that we do in this class, our L.A. teacher keeps us motivated and gives us confidence. For example, every week, we do college level poems that we revise and get into a deep class discussion. To me, for the majority of the poems being at college level, I find them quite easy to do because I feel the motivation that we all receive, and to know that I can do college level poems. With everything that we do in our class, it has been shown that our grade level, 7th, has been outstanding at the assessment Galileo longer than any other school in the district. Therefore, from those assessment scores, we are the number one school in the district. I am writing this because I feel my seventh grade Language Arts teacher believes that we can achieve great things and exceed no matter how high level the material is. I believe if we have the motivation like we do with every teacher, especially our seventh grade L.A. teacher, then we will and are an excelling school with the motivation of teachers believing we can do anything that we set our minds to in achieving academic goals in school. Though I might be writing this in my own opinion, but with the motivation and academics each teacher gives to every student at this school, that’s what basically makes up an excelling school. Every student motivated, with teachers showing every student that they should be confident and want to learn is what excelling is all about to our school and it shows every minute of everyday here at San Tan. As long as students feel they have confidents and someone that believes in what they are doing in school, is all what matters at the end of the day for the students' academic goals. Maybe our school isn't the fanciest school ever to be built, but i feel if every student is at their best, and excels at everything they do in school, then, as said before, is all that matters at the end of the day for schools everywhere, and especially here at San Tan Elementary.
