Open Quote My children have attended Hermosa for years. Over the years there have been many changes, but the school has held consistently to the Montessori foundation that made it a great school in the first place. Students are given opportunities to learn at their pace while also learning how to be responsible for themselves. The students I know who have graduated from Hermosa continue to have three common characteristics: a firm understanding of who they are, a sense of social responsibility, and the leadership skills necessary to be successful in whatever path they choose. Open Quote Things have recently changed at this school and not for the better. The administration is not helpful and the teacher quality has dropped drastically. Apparently there have been some retirements and other changes that have affected the overall quality of this school. What was once an excellent school has now changed very drastically. Too bad.
