This school is wonderful! We bought our home in the neighborhood last summer and were excited to send our son to Northlake. He started Kindergarten this year and has had a wonderful experience. The new principal at this school has turned it around and the staff and teachers are amazing! Close Quote

Very disappointed in this school. Our student's teacher is overwhelmed and unable to spend time teaching as she is constantly dealing with the unruly students. The learning expectations are very low. Parent involvement is non-existent unless you want to work with a very disorganized PTA. Horrible experience here! I agree with the previous post: DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!! (unless you are looking for a daycare and not a learning establishment!) Close Quote

The "leadership" at Northlake Elementary is weak. There are no school-wide paramenters governing student expectations, nor are there any systems in place to encourage over-all success of students' behaviors. Teachers appear overwhelmed and under-supported. I work here, and I hate that I got myself involved in this situation. Don't send your children here. Close Quote
