Open Quote As a student of this school it is Great! At MATES the teachers and students actually care about the quality of education. Also, because their are so few people accepted there is a lot more personal attention, and many more opportunities then you would get at an ordinary public school. Plus, because we are marine oriented we get to do cool things like get scuba certified! If you live in the Ocean county area and are going to be a freshman soon, look into taking the placement test. It is WELL WORTH IT! Close Quote

Open Quote best school in the world. it should be top in the country. excellent teachers who really care and motivated students. monitoring behavior is unnecessary because everyone at MATES wants to be there. it's truly challenging and not for the unmotivated student. if you are smart and willing to learn, try applying to attend. it will be the smartest thing you ever do.
