Open Quote As a teacher at Lalor Elementary, I have never been this disrespected by students. It’s such a shame that the administration is not supportive or understanding of teachers’ perspectives and does absolutely nothing about addressing discipline. The teacher morale is very low at this school. Students talk over each other, talk back to their teachers, and pick on each other constantly both inside and outside of the classroom. I wish that as an educator, I was not blamed for causing my students to misbehave, but rather valued and understood as someone who cares deeply about their well-being and physical safety.
