Open Quote I love this Princeton Elementary. Both of my kids's teachers communicate with me on a daily basis and they are very dedicated to what they do. I believe that there should be a parent/teacher balance when it comes to any child's education. The more the parents and teachers are involved, the more your child will get out of his/or education. Open Quote I don't believe that Princeton identifies student's academic challenges early enough to provide the assistance that they need prior to wanting to retain a student. If a student has been enrolled in this School since Kindergarten and continues to have a problem with reading, why would this school wait until the end of the school year and advise the parent that the student may need to be retained? Evidentally there could be some type of Learning Disablilty that has not been addressed or addressed too late and instead of trying to see why the student is having this problem with reading, they want to retain the student, why?? With the low test scores that Princeton is showing, how would retaining a student/student's resolve this issue?

I hope that more parent's get involved with what is actually going on at Princeton academically. Why is Princeton struggling every year with low test scores, I would like to see a report that would show how many student's are being retained at this school each year and a break down by grades.

Please parent's start holding these schools accountable when they are performing poorly and of course do your research. Close Quote
