About the charts
This graph shows three data columns for the “% passed” scoring students of the Georgia End of Course Tests (EOCT) for each year. The first column is the score for Woodland High School, the second is the district average, and the third is the state average. Each bar represents the total percentage of students who passed, but the bar is also divided to represent the students who scored at a level designated as "pass plus".
About End of Course Tests
The purposes of the EOCT are to improve student achievement through effective instruction and assessment of the standards in the eight EOCT core courses, and to ensure that all Georgia students have access to a rigorous curriculum that meets high performance standards. The results of the EOCT will be used for diagnostic purposes to assess student achievement and to provide data in support of improved student instruction.
