Open Quote The teachers do not communicate with parents when they feel the student is in danger of failing. I have had much difficulty trying to reach the Guidance Department to discuss problems with teachers or to arrange a parent teacher conference, calls are seldom returned. On two occasions when my child told me she was having problems with classes it turned out to be mistakes on the part of the teachers almost costing her 2 letter grades. In one instance a teacher told me she didn't know she had to hit the save button to save the grade resulting in my daughter receiving 0's. These teachers are the ones teaching our children.
