Open Quote New Traditions is a small school with very active parents. They might not be the highest in API scores, but the school environment gives students much more than just high test scores. New Traditions creates an environment that emphasizes tolerance, real diversity, trust, and critical thinking.
I'm a parent that serves on the SSC, the Social Networking Team, and countless events. I work very closely with the principal Maria Luz Agudelo. She is a fantastic principal and has steered the school through some difficult times.
I chose to keep my kids in NT even though they could have come with me to a school in Hillsborough where I teach.
New Traditions has something no other school has (and I've taught at several). You can feel it in the genuineness of its parents. Here we all make a difference, building our school, so our children have the best education they can possibly have. Close Quote

Open Quote I used to be a student at this school and I know for sure that I would not be the same person if it were not for the amazing teachers there. No matter what you've heard about this school, I believe it is the best. It encourages us kids to enjoy our childhood, but is also disciplinary and challenging enough. I did very well every year, and I remember always being surrounded by color and arts. they have a book fair twice a year, a spring carnival, a Halloween parade, and so much more for your children to enjoy. Please take this seriously!! Close Quote
