Open Quote This is my daughters first year at Ascend, and I must say its her worst experience ever. The girls in her class are so mean and stuck up. Most of these kids have gone to Ascend since kindergarten so they know each other very well. They are very cliquish and and not welcoming to new students at all. Of course I believe that academics is very crucial for our childrens future. Although, I also believe that getting bullied and getting left out can affect our childrens learning process. This can bring your childs self esteem down and can cause depression. Furthermore, it can lead to failure and bad grades. Oh just terrible. I regret ever enrolling my daughter in Ascend. I cant wait along with my daughter for the school year to end. Please if your child will be a new student to this school think about what I just told you before enrolling them. I have tried speaking to the teacher and principal regarding this issue but there is nothing they can really do. Close Quote
