While Meridian excels in many areas, the relatively lower performance of English Language Learners and Multi-racial students indicates a need to further strengthen support and interventions for these populations. Compared to nearby schools like Canyon Rim Elementary and American Leadership Academy Mesa K-6, Meridian generally outperforms its peers in academic proficiency and student subgroup performance, suggesting a healthy level of competition and collaboration within the local education community.

Open Quote We have had a great experience at Meridian. The community is involved and very kind. There are fun traditions at the school like muffins with mom and donuts with dad. The teachers are very friendly and invested in their students. My daughter was behind in reading skills and she was provided so much reading support to get to grade level. She now exceeds standardized testing! Close Quote
