Open Quote This school has the test scores that it does because it uses screening mechanisms to ensure that they have the students that can perform at high academic standards in their precious seats. In addition to requiring a fee to attend (not legal and already referred to State's Attorney General) they perform a subjective testing of students prior to "accepting" them at their publicly funded elementary school. Finally, they have no students that require special education services and the ethnic make-up of the students at this school does not reflect the demographics of Phoenix, the neighborhood they are in or the state of Arizona.
