Open Quote Oxford City Schools passes students on to the next grade even if they are not ready. The students are very disrespectful to the teachers. The admin has no control over the students. Grading is based on a proficiency scale (1-4) in where no one gets a 4, everyone is expected to get a 3. Close Quote
